Hello! My name is Sally Harrington, I'm 16 years old and I currently live in Glendale CA. I am thrilled to be the incoming Director for the Arabian Horse Association Region 2 Youth board!
My experience and knowledge of the horse community comes from Taking the Reins. Starting at the age of 10, Taking the Reins introduced and facilitated my love for horses. Being a part of this community has been amazing. I've created bonds with both people and horses that I will have for the rest of my life - from my first bond with Marbles, the miniature pony- to my ongoing training with Arabians, such as Gunner and Lovie. These types of bonds have made me who I am today, a confident horsewomen, student, and friend. I look forward to serving the community that has given so much to me as the Youth Board Director!
